Can I check in early?
Early check-in is available at 3 pm. However, it's subject to a $150.00 fee if you're getting picked up from surgery, and your surgery is completed before 3 pm on your check-in day.
What should I pack?
Since we are all-inclusive, you only need to bring a small carry-on suitcase with the following items:

No, we don't provide transportation for additional appointments. You can use Uber or Lyft for any extra transportation needs.

Yes, we have a team of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers.

Can you accommodate food restrictions?
We can accommodate allergies and special diets, such as vegetarian, but not specific food preferences. If you have unique food preferences, you can use Uber Eats or DoorDash.

Do you have items available for purchase in-house?
Yes, we have various items available for purchase.

Yes, we check vitals daily.

Do Your All-inclusive stay include Faja?
NO, you must buy at least 2 fajas or bring at least 2 fajas

​Can I add lymphatic massages on the day of arrival for same-day service? No, Massages must be added before arrival. If paid on the day of, the massages will start the following day.

Will Kerri be the one caring or me?
No, Kerri manages the home and assists everyone throughout their stay.
All staff members are trained by Kerri and provide care as a reflection of her.
Kerri is available 24/7 while you're at under her care, or via phone
(KERRI is NOT the person who's caring for you)

Do you offer IV therapy?
Yes, IV therapy is available. Please contact GHS at (786) 505-3862 before arrival to schedule your IV for the same day as surgery or the day after.
