Cancellation & Refund Policy
These policies are in place to ensure we can run our organization effectively and provide exceptional care to our guests. We appreciate your understanding, and we are committed to exceeding your expectations during your stay with us. To ensure this, we need to prepare in advance by arranging staff, supplies, and food before your arrival, which is why payments are required beforehand. We look forward to caring for you and providing you with an exceptional experience at Snatched N Curved Recovery.

Payment Policy:
The remaining balance is due 15 days before your arrival. We do not wait for clearance to hold bookings, as there may be others who have been cleared and need a place to stay. If you are not cleared at that time, we will work with you to accommodate your stay. The balance must be paid within 15 days.

Cancel Stay Refund Policy:
If you cancel your reservation for ANY reason (no Refund)
deposit nonrefundable, can be transfer to 1 change of date for free afterwards $150 each change date
paid remaining balance nonrefundable
Any sales (paid in full) nonrefundable only credit for 1yr
Any bookings starting Jan 1,23 ALL nonrefundable (please see your contract, you signed
upon booking.

Credit for Future Use:
Our credit is valid for 12 months from the date of deposit. All sales are final, and only credit will be provided for future dates.
Non-Responsibility for Travel Mishaps
Snatched N Curved Recovery is not responsible for any mishaps or missed flights with your traveling airline. Please note that certain situations will not warrant a refund or date transfer (subject to availability).

Once Checked-in & services have begun, can I get a refund?
Once you are checked in, your contract/ services have started.
We will accommodate you as much as possible.

No Refunds for Early Departure:
If you decide to leave early on your own terms, no refunds will be given.

No Refunds for Missed Check-In Date:
No refunds will be provided if you do not check-in on the reserved date, regardless of the reason.

No Refunds for Used Garments or Supplies:
There are no refunds for any used garments or supplies purchased within the home.

No Refunds for Hospital Admittance:
If you get admitted to the hospital, your bed will not be resold, and Snatched N Curved Recovery will be on standby until you are ready for discharge.

Balances Due 15 Days Prior to Arrival:
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before arriving at SNC Recovery Home. Failure to pay the balance in full will result in the cancellation of services without exceptions. This service contract is binding, and no refunds will be issued; all sales are final.

Disputes:
If there is any dispute regarding services or items paid after your services are completed, SNC will take legal action, we have a business lawyer who handles these.
